Model CS-04 is very similar to the CS-05 but is designed for the General Electric SBM and Westinghouse Type W-2 control switches. The SBM is a miniature version of the General Electric SB control switch.

The standard CS-04 ships with the Chicken Switch actuator, the hand-held controller, 30-foot cable, carrying case, instruction manual, and 16 AA batteries. Optional 50-foot cable available on all MarkTek wired devices.
